I cannot view the illustrations . . .
Both the illustrations and the quotations are brought up in a special window using JavaScript.  There are two possible causes for why you cannot view the illustrations.  Most likely, your Internet browser is set to ignore all JavaScript.  If you think this might be the case, consult your browsers Help menu for instructions on how to enable JavaScript.  The other possible cause is that your browser is too old.  In the world of computers, technology jumps yearly by leaps and bounds.  It's a good idea to have a current Internet browser.  You wish, you can download the newest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape.  As a last resort, you may click here to view the illustrations.  This link will bypass the JavaScript and allow you view the illustrations.  Do keep in mind, you will be viewing the illustrations in a way they were not intended to be viewed in.  We would strongly recommend you update your browser.

The order form does not work properly . . .
Depending on your browser, you may not be able to use all features of our order form.  If you are not able to total your orders using the "Show Total" button, you will have to add up your order manually and type the value in the total box.  Also, if you are not able to submit the order by pressing "Submit Order" at the bottom of the form, print out your order and click here for mailing instructions.  If you are not able to view the order form, try this alternate form.  We would strongly recommend you update your browser.

Your site loads slowly on my computer . . .
We strive hard to keep the load times down on your computer.  However, depending on your computer and your Internet connection, there may be nothing we can do to help.  Most likely, there is Internet congestion, meaning many people are currently using the internet and it is getting backed up.  This is similar to traffic jams on the freeway at rush hour.  If this is the case, just about every site you view will be slow.  Try connecting at a later time.  Fun Facts: At a connection speed of 56.6 Kbps the majority of our pages load within 7 seconds.  The largest page will load in 12 seconds.
