Witness to Doctors,
Nurses and Technicians
I was in the hospital twice this week,
September 25-29, 2006!
The first time, I thought sure I was having a heart attack at 5 a.m. It had
all the symptoms.
Did I get the treatment in the emergency room. . Bless the Lord, they all
got a tract. But it
wasn't a heart attack. The cardiologist made an
appointment with my cardiologist for the next day.
My cardiologist heard my story, calmly told the nurse to get me in the
hospital and order an
angiogram. Thirty minutes later, I was there.
Thirty minutes later a male nurse, from the Philippines, was there checking
me over. Then I asked
if he knew for sure he was going to heaven, "No, I don't" he replied.
Carefully I told him how
God loved him and sent the Lord Jesus to suffer and die for our sins, paid
the debt in full,
rose again and was seen by hundreds. God opened his eyes and heart and he
prayed with me to
receive the Lord Jesus as his Savior. He looked up beaming all over the
place and had assurance
of his salvation.
Thirty minutes later another man came in to draw some blood. He did not look
at all like a happy
camper. He was from Ethiopia. He too did not know the Lord as his Savior.
Slowly and carefully I
told him how the Lord Jesus suffered and died for his sins, paid the debt in
full, rose again
and was seen by hundreds. He had never heard it "like that before" and most
haven't. It made
sense and he prayed with me to be saved. What difference. He was beaming all
over and had
assurance he was saved.
A hour later a lady nurse from the Philippines came in to work on me. When I
shared the gospel
with her, she could hardly wait to pray with me to receive the Lord Jesus. I
wish you could have
seen her. Her face just radiated with the joy of the Lord. She thanked me
over and over. That
was three people who prayed to receive the Lord Jesus in two hours time.
Dear people, the harvest in plenteous. The mission field has come to us from
all over the world.
We MUST get the good news, the gospel, to them as well, so they too have a
chance to go to
heaven. Make sense? All because of Calvary, sumner |
